In this video you will wtach me edit a senior portarit using a combination of actions and hand edits. 
I use GTG and LSP to show you how I put them to good use. You could easily get away with JUST GTG, The Innocence Workflow. I use teh LSP just for skin smoothing and then other GTG I use is the blur actions from Carving Tree, but again, unnecessary. SO basically.... GTG The Innocence Workflow would be suitable here.
